No..it appears to be legal..but it has to be in designated areas- I know the town area cut off their section to nudity and u have to be in the state section to take it all off.
-No person shall appear nude while in any unit except in authorized areas set aside for that purpose by the Department. The word nude as used herein means unclothed or in such a state of undress as to expose any part of portion of the pubic or anal region or genitalia of any person or any portion of the breast at or below the areola thereof of any female person. -
I'm surprised the beach patrol didn't say anything about the photos being taken. I swear we were thinking about doing a shoot there and a friend of ours told us it would be illegal and we'd get fined.
One of the nicest beaches in the states though...what a backdrop for a shoot
