Your probation officer WILL threaten to violate you on this point and you WILL need to have your lawyer act on your behalf (a simple phone call from them to your PO should be all that is needed).
You WILL need a lawyer for this. Probation officers will NOT accept your word even if you are correct about something. They do not exist to help you - they exist to make your life hell and sometimes being in jail is more pleasant than living under the thumb of some uneducated asshole with a chip on their shoulder who by default hates you.
PM me if you would like more info not published in a public forum because any information can and will be used against you should it be found to be useful to law enforcement - Good luck!

Interestingly enough, my probation officer seems like a very good guy... We talked for three hours last time I was there, about my past and my future goals. I know it could just be a trap act, but, that is pretty convincing.. I think?
My thought is, well, while on probation they pretty much own me since I am poor. But, if he forces me to do it, and it is not ordered.. I could make a record of that on my case file some way, right? And then ask for compensation later or to be made whole ... after I am no longer in bondage??
Does that sound like a reasonable course of action?
