As for playing on a PC...when you use the ps3 with a 50 inch screen and sit on the couch across the room, it doesn't look any worse than a PC version of any given game. Maybe the frame rate might be bad in a few games, but never enough to really bother me. Also, sitting at my computer for hours to play a game is not the first thing I'd like to do after sitting at a computer working for hours.
Anyway, that's just one way to look at it.

i just like the lone wolf assassin idea for grand theft auto 3 with jean claude. he kills the mafiaosto.
there is also the change character code and all the bonuses, plus the pull out map and poster in the case which allows you to complete the game more easily.
i understand part five to be about some retired middle-aged man who has gone gangster and two other guys who he decides comes along for the ride. that's all i know and all i want to know, because that storyline is a bit lame.
