That's weird, because they have $0 yearly deductible plans for less than that in Florida (through Blue Cross). You can go to
http://www.bcbsfl.com/ and see for yourself. Keep in mind, Florida is an anti-ObamaCare state that sued to not participate, so there certainly isn't anyone in the state legislature trying to help out.
I smell BS and there is going to be a lot more of it coming out in the coming months.
