I was sentenced to a drug diversion program once (Just weed, nothing else..) but I didn't go and had to go back to court. I was high in court and didn't know what to say, so I said "They wouldn't let me register."... This somehow confused the court and they threw it out and I left with nothing on my record.
The best part is that the cops and mayor that I passed while leaving said "I'm glad you're not smoking anymore, Mike"

I wouldn't recommend that, though..
