Can't figure out why some folks can't understand that Walmart jobs are just like fast food jobs. They aren't meant to be a "career". They are meant to be one of three things:
A starting point job, a secondary income job, an "after retirement" job.
This is unskilled labor work. A monkey can do most of it.
My German Shepard could do it with enough training.
People shouldn't WANT to continue to work at Walmart all of their lives unless they are kick-ass smart people who become managers and store owners themselves.
