I agree with you.. It is a tax on some, giving to others. I just don't think it is giving as much as people thought. Some states if they didn't take the expansion, the super Poor do NOT get free medical any more than they did before this. Thus it is only for people who want insurance, and can now get it a few to several hundred dollars cheaper a month. While others are paying for some of it...
