Good luck. My only tip is what you probably already know.. never start with "Hey" or "Are you there" or "how are you" or anything else remotely like that. Just come right out with it and state your affiliate ID, problem or question and thank them in advance. Works wonders. Again, probably preaching to the choir but maybe it'll help someone.
