I'd take everyone's money and then find some random frontman in the industry to run an Epass clone for me that conveniently launches a few months after I took everyone's money (but just say it had been in the works for years). People would be so desperate for such a solution that they'd fall for it all over again.

That'd never happen though. Epass was ran by some shady guy that spent his adult career in processing. The replacement is ran by a guy that sells penis pills, who is obviously way more trustworthy and has made it a career of never misleading consumers.
