I have the same problem. 17 days passed and the status didn't even change, still says Submitted (This process can take up to 12 business days)
I do remind people who comment that's only approval status with the bank, not creating and shipping the actual card.
When I created a ticket I was told "..we are experiencing problems with the bank in regards to the card processing and there is an unexpected delay. We have contacted the bank regarding this situation and as soon as it is corrected, the status of your card will change accordingly."
That was 3 days ago. I really hope we don't have another situation here :/
