This tells me it's not the bank that is having a problem with printing cards or logistics or whatever other theory but rather bank having a problem with Paxum.
No info in this direction is making me nervous especially because I have funds in there that I would not like to see in motion again. Support was the same back then: every week it was "we expect to have a solution by the end of this week or next week".
To top it up card to wallet transactions are not possible anymore. Are the two problems related?

you are being paranoid and you may need to seek some counseling....Middle Men are here for a reason and that is to make themselves money and while in the process make you a few nickels as well.
Middle men Take all the risks in getting you your monies, middle men do all the work in getting you your monies.
You me and every other peasant in the global middle man trade of electronic credit transactions have not held up our end of the bargain.
Negotiations are being held to increase the middle men fees from 15% of our revenue to a more respectable and comfortable 50% of all revenue to be kept in the pockets of the middle men.
Now that we have this out in the open please discontinue the paranoid delusions that your monies are unsafe with the middle mens and womens.
The middle mens and womens around here would never and have never play fast and loose with a peasants monies.
Its just not the way of the middle men.
The middle men built there legacy on honor, integrity and pride in counting your monies and your approval declines!
Search your hearts for some kindness and become at peace with your self....accept and understand that the middle mens are your frienemies and will always allow you to receive monies so long as you offer the best and most polished nutsack shining possible.
