SUV guy will spend years in court and get crushed. He ran over multiple people. Each one of those people can individually sue him, and due to the high profile, its almost guaranteed that will occur.
He could be in court for the next decade or more just like Bernhard Goetz was and totally get wrecked. He's basically finished financially
