And while this to me looks like a serious matter thos at Paxum don't think so, which to me is disturbing as well is to anyone else that ordered a card and has no idea when or if it will be delivered.

When picking will you use paxum or payoner,it is more does your sponsors support then which one is better,unless your sponsors support both of them which is not likely as such sponsors are very rare.But still paxum have lower atm withdrawal fees.
