I know some who do xbox/PS3 titles, down to those who do easy flash/html games. Well $20k is more a price for an iphone+android 3d game, not an html5 easy game, who you asked?

But there you find lots of guys who say I can do all for cheap, just to get job, then they do not deliver as really think they will outsource themselves
