Has anyone seen or used a plugin that allows you to set up multiple social media account icons for multiple users and either display them via shortcode or widget?

Something like: http://wordpress.org/plugins/social-...t/screenshots/
BUT I need to be able to set up multiple profiles.

It would also need to allow me to add in my own icons for cams sites and other not as common (adult) links.
