They both use the same bank for cards. Yet Paxum is having problems getting new ones issued, while I haven't seen any reports of that happening with Payoneer.

This tells me it's not the bank that is having a problem with printing cards or logistics or whatever other theory but rather bank having a problem with Paxum.

No info in this direction is making me nervous especially because I have funds in there that I would not like to see in motion again. Support was the same back then: every week it was "we expect to have a solution by the end of this week or next week".

To top it up card to wallet transactions are not possible anymore. Are the two problems related?
