That guy in the SUV could have hit the brakes, but instead hit the biker in FRONT of him.
He didn't try to avoid the accident, instead he created a major problem and now a guy will probably never walk again.
So is everyone on the same page here, if a bike hits the brakes in front of you the proper thing is to hit him? No, you hit the brakes!

Seriously, something is wrong with you. You've been hit on the head too many times.
The bike pulled in front of the car, slammed on his brakes, intentionally causing an accident. This is one of a long string of incidents where these bikers harassed the driver for no reason other than being idiots. In this case, the SUV was being harassed and threatened by a dozen bikes and most likely never saw the bike in front of him no less his brakes - he was watching bikes on both sides and behind him all of whom were dangerously close.
You should pull over after an accident, but it seems like the SUV driver was on the phone with 911 BEFORE the accident and felt he was in danger. Obviously, he was right.
