I split lanes carefully and not that fast. I never said what they were doing was legal any where. But it's the drivers responsibility to try and avoid the accident, he didn't. He was probably too busy telling the cops on the phone about it.

He didn't try to avoid the accident, instead he created a major problem and now a guy will probably never walk again.

So is everyone on the same page here, if a bike hits the brakes in front of you the proper thing is to hit him? No, you hit the brakes!

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
