Yea< thats what I was thinking too.
I ride my Harley often. I don't do dumb shit. I have kids and a family and I think of them every time I ride or think about doing stupid things in life.
Now if I'm the SUV driver and my kids are in the car, ohhh man!! Wont be good! And it wont be with a gun.
Its gonna be a tire iron and its gonna quick, on my terms, and nasty. You do the 1st one right, nobody wants to be number 2. Been there, done it, no what ifs, no theory behind it. No jail time.
I had 2 different friends get jumped, 2 different times, one stabbed one guy and the other stabbed 3 guys. One guy did 2 years the other guy did 6 years. Why is that? Keep in mind both guys were not looking for it and trouble found them.
The Law states: When attacked You have to meet force with equal or lessor force. Never can use greater force to repeal an attacker.
If the guy has a fist, you can't have a knife. The guy has a knife, you cant have a gun. Why sucks! The the law doesn't look at the number of assailants as an excuse to use greater force. 1-10 is all looked at as the same in Ca.
Jail sucks! I rather defend my self legally or take the ass whooping. "He-Man" gun shit=Fucked for life in Ca.
