Note to self, stay on the freeway stay out of traffic keep cops on phone. I often travel with dash cam for precisely this kind of case with these kinds of worthless animals.

or he could have stopped, let them pass, and avoided the situation altogether....considering his wife and daughter were in the car. but yeah, running over a bunch of bikes and people was obviously the more logical choice.......dumbass.
