I'm sorry you have had a difficult time with regards to your Paxum card.
I spoke to you several times on Skype last week, and my colleague spoke to you at length on Skype today. We have offered you a refund for your express fees, we have also offered you a free wire withdrawal coupon to be able to withdraw your funds to your bank at no additional cost to yourself in order to have the funds in your hand. You declined both offers.
Unfortunately there is a printing/shipping delay for the most recent batches of Paxum cards, but that situation should be resolved by the end of the week.
