Paxum - xbiz, gfy, ynot awards? Unbelievable..

REALLY? that just does not make sense to me..let me tell you the weirdest online experience ever in my life..

I requested for the printing of my card on 4th sep, 2013 with the option of express shipping of my card since i need my card urgently...thought, i could get my card in 15 days or so..but it had not been printed yet and i am told that my card may get printed by this week..that means a plastic card needs 30 days to get printed..

Paxum promises different time frame for the printing process on the web..somewhere its 7 days, somewhere its 10 days and on its website it says upto 12 business days..though its ridiculous for a plastic to need 12 business days to get printed, i waited and knocked on that paxum's support after that time, and they just wowed me with an answer that my card printing process has not been started yet...

Then, i was told that my card has been sent for swift process, instead of asking about the progress of the process so many times , i just got no reply from their support nor any update from anywhere about the process till today...and today they wowed me again with an answer that the plastic may get printed by the end of this week...and then shipped..

so now what? my trip is cancelled since i needed the card urgently for buying tickets online...a waste of 95$ express shipping fees and more importantly, a waste of time asking about my issue so many times with no real help...they just updated with so common bullshitting words like "apologizing" "as soon as possible", "thank you for your patience" etc etc..

They didnt take any real action to resolve my issue, to recover the delay, just one thing they told me most of the times that they has no control over the printing process of the card, that bank does it all...paxum verifies you, takes money from you for express shipment, does everything related your paxum account, but it has no control over the printing of your plastic and you cant blame them for it...how does that sound?

Paxum just screwed my everything up and its really a significant loss due to the delay..and instead of informing about the urgency, paxum took no steps to get it printed, i was just told the issue is gonna be resolved asap, swiftest time possible...but goodness, the swiftest time is another 15 days for a plastic to be printed? Thats UN-F**KING-BELIEVABLE..

I dont know if i am the only one to be screwed up like this. Or if paxum has anything more to show up in future (since my article is a BIG truth and real life experience about paxum and a negation to their reputation)..i got funds on my account and thats why i am worried... I heard a lot of positive words about paxum, now, i cant believe if they are true, if paxum really deserves those awards..i just cant believe it...

From a company like paxum, you really expect professional attitude, you may also expect real help, but sorry to say, i could not find anything, rather a lot of waste of time, money loss and harassment...

I just wonder if anyone from paxum can explain anything about it...
