A couple of questions:
- How much traffic does each site get now? Alexa Ranking, etc?
- What is the conversion rate of each site?
- How many monthly recurring customers does each site have?
- What is the average price customers pay per month?
- Why did you switch CCBill accounts to a friends?
- Since it is on someone else's ccbill are you the full legal owner? Are you actually able to sell it it clean?
- Model Releases?
- How many affiliates?
- How old is the content?
- Still have model contact info?
The content looks good but the real value for us would be in the customer base / cashflow side as well as possibility to shoot new scenes or have the models chat.
