Meaning that if Nevada and Florida or any other state does, they can very easily do what Cal-OSHA is doing in regards to regulating porn and condoms. If they do then condoms can become mandatory in any state. Weinstein wont need to push anyone. It will become the new way to get rid of porn from a state that necessary want it.

Here in Cali, Simi Valley and Ventura County passed similar laws to Measure B once that passed the voters. Not because they had a ton of shoots happening in their town - because they wanted to send a message to the industry to stay away. Weinstein didnt have to pressure them to do it.

And BTW the regs dont just apply to B/G - G/G will need dental dams.
