If I enter $40,000 a year for a 3 person family (2 adults 1 child) all non smoking the cost is $6472 per year, and the government pays $3885 of this bill, leaving you to pay $2587 per year (6.47% of your income) or $215.58 per month for your entire family, until Junior is 25 years old. That works out to $71.86 per person per month.

What's wrong with that?
