I'm not trying to tell you how to run your life, just giving some insight as TONS of people here are selling off "networks" which are based solely on revenue.

I get people all the time asking me to buy their sites (mostly mainstream) because I setup and sold a number of my own and ones I was a partner in for big profits. The first thing I ask for is revenue. If that's not there, then what is the IP worth.
