As the other guy said, domain is pretty bad. The first domain I searched was:
LondonEscortSearch.com
And it's open. It's twice as good as your current domain and if you spent 1-2 hours thinking up other potential urls, you would be doing yourself a big favor in the long run.

You're wasting your time trying to buy escort traffic. Focus on the SEO elements of your site and create unique content that will help Google rank you and users stay on your site.
