It doesn't bring them any PR juice at all. Chaturate.com and all Chaturbate's WLs is a set of pages with the same content so this tag only says to Google, "this page (chaturbate.com) is the most useful, prefer it in rankings". As mentioned above they rank so well thanks to hundreds of their affiliates directly linking to them from their sites.
