There should be some kind of asshole tests for cops. You can be an asshole, but maybe there could be scale -- and if you rank too high on the asshole scale, then you can't be a cop.
This guy would rank a 10. He's the kind of tool that's keeping the US running in place.
That Glock is bad-ass, though.
