This (the mentioned above shooting case) is what I meant as a difference between Russian and US murder statistics. It's usual here when one alcoholic stabs another one in his house, but shooting on the streets, in schools on basketball courts or any other public places is not a usual thing here. So I believe it once again proves my opinion that guns must be forbidden for civilians
