The problem is in the shooter. This being south side Chicago the problem is obvious. Massive unemployment among young men, no hope for jobs, gang activity and drugs. Those problems are what need fixed, guns are just an easy target and take focus off the real issues.

That's a gang/drug crime solution, not a gun control solution. Mass shootings are not an economics issue.
