Considering a few days ago one of the FISA judges came out and said the NSA is in fact violating Americans rights and even so much as said that with out Snowden's "leak" that this discussion likely would of never happened.. Well that pretty much kills the govt's case that claims Snowden's isn't a whistleblower. When one of the FISA judges pretty much says the govt is full of shit, well then it's time to go to plan B and try to charge him with hacking.
