Well that is a joy of seo- you cannot know does someone telling you right thing or he is bullshitting as rules changes every day.That is reason why i tell people how i am not seo expert,how i am seo speculator instead
Still,such section is required not just for strategy discussion,also needed for monitoring algorithm and other changes.
