It's usually always a special case why a condom isn't used and performers are always tested right before said scene.
It's not done on an every day basis like the straight industry.
But again seeing as how not one american ts performer has been on a quarantine list and we all test heavily I think we are just as safe as YOUR "crowd".
I am probably safer than most I don't escort..I do scenes with my husband...I rarely shoot unless the pay is good enough and I always make the performer get tested right before a shoot.
