Other than that you are dead on.
I would really like to see this surrender of Assad's Syrian Chemical weapons (also including biological weapons (if they do exist too?)) but I am afraid this is just a cynical ploy to begin "negotiations" and indefinite delays.
Keep Assad on a very short leash ...
