I've worked with Klara years ago as well, communication was always slightly problematic due to bad English, but we always managed to get business done and I have never been ripped off or anything - as far as I can tell she always did what she could do get a deal done smoothly and was interested to work out any problems ...

I haven't worked with MaDalton, but in my 7 years in the business I've never heard a bad word about him (can't say that about a lot of people). I also met him a few years back and seemed like a fine person too No reason to go batshit crazy on him - he's neither Klara nor connected any more to her than any other production company booking her models (as far as I can tell)
