When you know the past of the Nobel prize founder then it becomes pretty easy to see that Obama deserves it. After all Obama is earning it with honor and distinction in just the way Alfred Nobel would have wanted it.

Let's imagine that you are the president :
If you don't want to strike Syria, but you do want to send a message that using chemical weapons will not be tolerated, would you :
1. Say that you will not strike Syria but they did bad things
or
2. Bluff the living fucking shit out of them until you get some results.
