Bari was the only **real** customer support they had and was the only reason I even had domains there. The day I pick up a phone and receive outsourced/overseas tech support for domains that affect my business is the day I take (took) my business elsewhere. And there's zero chance I would entrust my domain business to support that is limited to emails.
Price attracts me as a consumer. Service/support is what keeps me there.
