The only tinng I would like to see is getting those Syrian chemical weapons to a safe place for disposal.

The Assad regime is unstable and not to be trusted with those weapons.

Boots on the ground, assume control of those weapons and leave Syria with the weapons in tow.

We didn't need to bomb Syria beyond a distraction. But now, with all the acrimony of the past several weeks this is no longer a realistic possibility.

So, now we are damned if we do and damned if we don't.
