European Union backs ?strong,? but not immediate, response to Syrian attack
http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/...9ab_story.html
This has been news for some time this evening ...
It has nothing to do with left-wing obsessiveness, at least you didn't use "liberal propoganda".
You are right, It's none of our business -- until we are attacked here or on foreign soil.
There are no chemical weapons this is a CIA inspired plot.
U.S. official says CIA has authenticated at least 13 videos showing victims of Syrian gas attack

yadda yadda
You don't believe any thing the government says it's all lies -- we won't know if either of us is right until the end of this thing. If either of us is wrong there will be hell to pay.
If we (the USA) had any balls we would have covertly removed the chemical weapons 18 months ago and let every one scream about it. At least that way we would not be painted into the corner by Obama's big mouth.
There are no nukes or precursor isotopes for "dirty bombs" in Syria because the Israelis took out the Syrian nuclear facilities -- they felt they had no choice. They never officially acknowledged it either -- there was no debate. Saddam had no nuclear threat for the same reasons. Lucky us ...
Empty threats are a dangerous game at this level.
Let's not wait for the UN Air Corps
