First of all, Syria will not attack another country. That would be a fatal mistake and the Syrian regime knows it.

Secondly, the real threat, and the plausible one, is that the chemical weapons will fall into Islamic extremist hands and be used for attacks in Western or Russian cities that or against Western forces somewhere.
