The point is it happens, it's been reported before and nothing happens because the authorities are not idiots and they see it is not cp but just a small kid being a kid, you cannot %100 stop stuff like this. It probably happens once a week that a kid comes in on a moms cam on most big cam sites because they have thousands of models and shit happens. of course the vast majority of time they are clothed.
