True, but there's a saying, People buy horsepower, but drive torque. For your average person, 0-60 times don't mean much. I've driven a diesel for the last 5 years and I don't think I'd go back to to gas. The power is there right from 1,000 RPM all the way to 4,500, its a nice smooth power, hills are great, since you don't get a lot of down shifting, and of course the fuel economy is fantastic Avg 37 mpg in a mid sized sedan.
