Spending the money there instead of in Iraq, i bet we would already have some amazing technology from it. Perhaps even be using some of it by now to make this more feasible. Not that im saying it is the usa who should be spending the money for this. Just pointing out that that amount of money is wasted all over. Why not try it on something that would yield a positive outcome for mankind.
