If you're willing to rent my project for 24 months for $11k, then I continue to work on it and you collect the monthly profit without lifting a finger.
And for the first 6 months I can even give $1000 on top of initial profit, together about ~$1700 - $1800, so you could earn back your money as soon as possible and after that receive only profit ~$800 a month (and growing)
I'm not interested in selling my project anymore, as I'm not willing to show how I'm attracting new downloads, maintain those visitors, redirect and cash in from them.
