100% agree, start off with p90x and them try insanity after you have finished p90x atleast once.

I'm with you when it comes to the gym dyna mo, I hate goign to gyms and I like being able to workout anywhere - ie insanity / p90x has led to jogging and other bits and pieces and all can be done anywhere.

I have had a similar experience with eating as you mentioned. Eating well but then also adding a bit extra when the body craves more and have not had any problems in maintaining or losing weight.

Insanity, is all cardio, and REALLY intense cardio. You will burn a ton of calories on both. The main difference is P90x will give you a bit more muscle tone IMHO.
True insanity is wholly focused on cardio, insanity is shorter times wise too.

I think both insanity and P90X give you a more natural look than going to a gym and lifting weights.

Also BF - set yourself some goals and it makes the workouts far easier. My first goal was weight, then next was enter fun run, next is a few more half marathons and hopefully a tough mudder or two.
