From Oprah, Rush Limbaugh, Howard Stern etc, if you're interesting enough that huge numbers of people want to listen and watch you you become very rich.

her show is probably the most sinicaded world wide.
we (in the uk) had oprah for ages and it was droped years ago (unless its on satalight).
its not just what it does in the usa, its if it makes it outside the usa and they can sell it to other countries.
plus unlike a talk show you can reateap it many times as its still interesting.
