Well it will keep you going longer probably.
When I was younger I used to be able to go for about an hour or so no problem and then I got old.
I would think that you would be able to keep going even after ejaculation multiple times if you wanted.
I remember I took some once the night before and the following afternoon I was still getting hard. (of course it's only when you are aroused , not all the time).
