whilst is one I never use
one word I use a lot in emails is "unfortunately" but rarely ever say it. mainly due to the silly requests we get and I have to respond with "unfortunately that is not possible to do."
my wife would say I never use the words "sorry," "you're right" or "what would you like to do?"
