An entry level job is just that - entry level. It's not mean to be rewarded.
You start at the bottom and work your way up. The entry level position makes minimum wage. Then you work your way up, become a shift manager and make more money, and then
store manager where you are making $40k a year. After that, if you are still so un-fucking motivated and continue to work in fast food, you become a regional manager.
The entire point here is you start at the very bottom - minimum wage - and you can work your way up or into another job.
